In affiliate marketing, there are thousands of programs but they all fall in one of two classifications. That would be High ticket vs Low ticket affiliate marketing. High Ticket simply means More expensive product or services which ultimately means larger commissions to you as an affiliate. Low Ticket simply means Less expensive products which ultimately means smaller commission per sale. A good rule of thumb, low ticket refers to anything roughly from $100 -200 or less. With the reverse being anything over $200 is assumed to be high ticket. So which one is better for a new affiliate? A lot of pros for both; but in reality you do not have to choose between them! Many affiliate marketers diversify and promote multiple programs covering both classifications. The main points you need to be aware is the approach to them are handled differently.
